The St. Elizabeth Catholic Church Jazz & Food Festival provides an opportunity for local artisans and business owners to sell their consumer goods and services. Table space is available for all vendors at a cost of $50.00 per table. Act now! Vendor space is very limited. For a retail space at this year’s Jazz & Food Festival, please complete the form below. To be considered for a vendor space at the St. Elizabeth Jazz & Food Festival, submit the following information:
- Information on your business or organization
- List of merchandise you wish to sell
- List of events you have participated within the last two years
- A photo of tent or booth with products/signage on display

Vendor Checklist
10’x10’ Space- Bring your table , chairs Tents are allowed
Vehicles may drive into parish park to unload but must be completed by 10:30am
Street will close on the Fourqurean Street side of Church to set up Kids Zone
Parking is available at the old St. Elizabeth School and on the street.
Each Community Vendor will receive 2 passes into the festival
