The 13th Annual St. Elizabeth Catholic Church Jazz & Food Festival features regional and national traditional and contemporary jazz entertainment, an exceptional variety of RVA’s favorite food trucks, family‐friendly activities, marketplace artisans, vendors and community exhibitors.

Celebrating its 13th year, this year’s festival will be held Saturday August 5, 2023 at the St. Elizabeth Church Park Grounds in the Highland Park Area of Richmond, VA. The St. Elizabeth Jazz & Food Festival audience members represent diverse cultures, age groups and incomes. With over 4,000 annual attendees, The St. Elizabeth Jazz & Food Festival is a great place to share for community exhibitors to showcase their organization. Community exhibitors should be a 501-c-3 or a government agency or non-partisan organization with an informational program that is relevant to festival goers.

Exhibitors may set-up anytime between 8 -10:30AM on Saturday Aug. 5, 2023. All exhibitors must adhere to the assigned set-up time. Cars will not be allowed on-site from 10:30AM to 8:00PM Exhibitors must hand truck/carry items to their exhibit location. All cars must be off-site by 8:00PM.

Community Vendor Eligibility

Those looking to participate at St. Elizabeth Jazz & Food Festival in 2023 as a Community Exhibitor should be a 501(c)3 or a government agency or non‐partisan organization with an informational program that is relevant to festival goers and family friendly.  Community Vendor space should be used to inform, promote, and distribute information regarding a current program. No fundraising, sampling or sales will be permitted from Community Vendor spaces.  In addition, third‐party partners, giveaways, and all literature distributed from a Community Vendor space must be pre‐approved by the festival’s management prior to the festival.

St. Elizabeth Jazz & Food Festival reserves the right to select and reject any Community Vendor(s) for any reason, and at its sole discretion.  Furthermore, St. Elizabeth Jazz & Food Festival reserves the right to refuse any exhibition not consistent with the submitted application and not previously approved by the festival management.  St. Elizabeth Jazz & Food Festival has sole discretion on any and all Vendors and items/information displayed and the judgment of St. Elizabeth Jazz& Food Festival in this matter is final.
